I can’t recommend Blackout Window Tinting enough. I’ve now trusted them with four of my vehicles, and they continue to earn my business every time. I actually came to them after another tint shop left my tint bubbling, and I wanted a shop that truly cared about quality. From the start, Scott took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process. On my most recent visit, there was an honest mistake where my rear window was installed with 15% instead of the 5% I ordered. What impressed me wasn’t that a mistake happened it’s how Scott handled it. He checked the film himself, reached out to me first thing the next morning, explained exactly what happened, apologized, and immediately offered to correct it. That level of honesty and accountability is rare these days. Their customer service is second to none. They stand behind their work, communicate with their customers, and genuinely care about getting everything right. That’s exactly why I keep coming back and why they’ve tinted four of my vehicles. Installation of the window tint was a 5/5, but was disappointed with the actual workflow process. I had called initially to book the service, and was given the options for the ceramic tint or regular tint with the pricing. At that time, I had said that I wanted the ceramic tint, even if it would be slightly more money. At the check in, the installer asked for information about the car model and such, and asked which windows were going to be tinted at what %. I replied that I wanted the % to match the other windows on the car. After filling out the form, he handed it to me to check a waiver saying that I was accepting liability for any tint % below legal limit and some of my personal information (address, email, etc). After installation, I asked which of the two they had installed (wasn’t sure if it was the Pinnacle or Stratos), and was told it was the Pinnacle which is what I wanted. It wasn’t until I got home and checked the receipt that I realized that they had installed the basic tint instead. After calling, they said that “Typically people who get tint on only two windows want the basic tint, and I would have had to specify when I got there that I wanted the ceramic”. Howev

Great place! They did a great job on my Tahoe and got it in the same day i called! I was also very happy with the price and how it looks! I got the rear window and the front 2 side windows done.

I had a very positive experience having Llumar Platinum PPF applied to the front of my car, including side mirror caps, in Dec 2024. The owner Scott maintained prompt communication over phone/text from start to finish, thoroughly explained the application process (I even got a mini on-site tour to see how the film would look using a similar car as a model), and was clear about pricing for the various degrees of protection ($2360 total for my particular situation). The technician Matt & Scott worked together to provide a PPF application of outstanding quality. My car stayed in their indoor garage overnight for proper curing conditions (arranging key dropoff/pickup after business hours is possible). When I brought my car later to the dealership, the compliments I received corroborated the job well done. Huge thanks to the Blackout Window Service team in helping me protect my investment and for treating me and my car with respect and care throughout the process.
